• Because each design is handcrafted to order, all custom pieces are final sale unless otherwise stated in writing.

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and subject to change without notice. Sales tax and shipping fees may apply. Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We take great care in packaging and shipping each piece. Estimated delivery times are provided during checkout, but exact arrival dates may vary due to carrier conditions.

6. Warranty & Repairs

All jewelry is crafted with precision and care. Fifth C Fine Jewelry provides a limited warranty against defects in materials or workmanship. Normal wear, accidental damage, or unauthorized repairs are not covered but may be serviced for a fee.

7. Returns & Exchanges

Non-custom or ready-made items may be returned within 14 days of receipt in original condition. Custom pieces, engraved jewelry, and special orders are non-returnable.
